What’s the difference between depression and a bad day?

Depression usually involves irrational thoughts, such as, “I’m feeling bad, that means that I am not a worthy person,” or “I ever make mistakes and ruin whatever I touch.”

Having a bad daytime means that you are within a bad tendency for that day – or cut of a day – so you are fine aft that.
